Terms of use

The ground rules for this website — short, without fine print.

In plain words

These are the ground rules for this website: the site is information about a product under construction, filling in forms is voluntary, and what you read here is not legal advice. Below, the same a little more precisely.

What this covers

These terms cover the use of this website (provenize.ai). The product itself will get its own terms at release.

Information, not an offer

Everything on this site is information about a product under construction. Nothing here is an offer, a price agreement or a guarantee. The status labels (Built / In development / Planned) describe the state of affairs honestly, but no rights can be derived from them.

No advice

The site explains rules such as the GDPR in plain words. That is general information, not legal advice. For your own situation, consult a lawyer or your data protection officer.

Forms

Forms send only what you fill in yourself, to our own email address. How we handle that is in the privacy policy. You are never required to fill in anything.

Who owns the content

The texts and the logo on this site belong to Provenize. Quoting with attribution is fine. The SDK source code is open source under its own licence on GitHub.

Liability

We maintain the site carefully, but cannot rule out mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of this site. Found an error? Email us — we will fix it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version and date are always at the top. Dutch law applies.

Company details

The formal company details (legal form and registration number) will be added here once registration is complete.
